Whitacre and his exquisite harmonies in gentle, uplifting and soothing arrangements with occasional mysterious whisperings. Chilcott gives a wide variety of rhythms and harmonies in celebrating sounds from street sellers to church bells. Instrumental pieces by our professionals.
Hilary Campbell's conducting skills were clearly demonstrated by her success in bringing the P & O employees choir to victory in the BBC second television series of 'The Choir'. Last year, her first with DCS, she took them to victory in the annual Leith Hill Musical Festival competition for larger choirs.
A transaction fee of £1 per ticket ( maximum £7 ) will be added to the cost of all tickets purchased online. 50p per ticket will be passed to the theatre Restoration Fund, to assist in the cost of ongoing maintenance of our Grade II listed building.
